The Historical Society is hosting a second gun raffle after our shotgun raffle. The new gun is a Pietta "US Marshal" 357 Magnum. Tickets are $10 each and the winner will be drawn on the last night of the Holt County Autumn Festival in Oregon, Missouri, in September of 2024. All entrants must be 21 or older to enter. All ATF laws apply. The winner must complete form 4473 and NICS check. You do not need to be present the night of the drawing to win. If you would to purchase ticket, you can send a check made out to HCMOHS for the total amount of tickets you wish to purchase. We will complete the tickets for you and mail the stubs back to you. All proceeds will go toward expenses of the society and building maintenance and upkeep.

The Historical Society will have a sale set up at Toad Hollar in Mound City.  The sale will be free will donation. If you are cleaning out your closes, garages or homes and would like to donate any items to the Historical Society for the garage sale please contact one of the board members.
